I botten ligger en skiva majrova kokt i kalvbuljong & äpplemust, ovanpå det ligger mörbräserad oxsvans, över den ligger tunna skivor utav spishalstrad biff. Till det är det bakadppurjo & steklök smaksatt med äppelcidervinäger & socker, friterade smålökar fyllda med silverlökskräm, krassekräm & en oxsky.
 
Skysåsen var det bästa på hela tallricken, den var sprängfull med smak. Så när man smakade på den blev det nästan en chock för den är helt transparant. Jag kunde se kastrullens botten igenom såsen, ganska coolt.
